Toph serves as an elder at Jubilee Community Church, where he is committed to the spiritual care and discipleship of the church family. He also serves as Director of Pastoral Apprenticeship and Instructor of Biblical Studies at Bethlehem College & Seminary, where he trains and mentors future pastors and ministry leaders. In addition, Toph teaches internationally with Training Leaders International, helping equip church leaders in contexts with limited theological resources, including work in Cameroon. Toph and his wife, Amy, find their greatest joy in following Jesus together and raising their four children — Adelay, Constance, Kendra, and Calvin.
